As foreseen by its BiG 2018 strategic plan, Belvédère intends to divest its assets that are no longer core business. The Group has thus divested Galerie Alkoholi, a company comprising 39 liquor stores in Poland, to Carrefour.
This divestment has been approved by the relevant authorities in France and Poland.
The sale price has not been made public, and the sales recorded by Galerie Alkoholi will cease to be consolidated in the Group’s accounts from 13 May 2015.tagi: Belvédère SA , Galeria Alkoholi , Carrefour ,
